About Prediction Phases
Phase 1 - Predicts whether the input viral proteins are ssRNA(+) virus proteins or not.
Phase 2 - Predicts whether the ssRNA(+) proteins are Coronaviridae proteins vs other viral proteins.
Phase 3 - Predicts whether the Coronaviridae proteins are SARS proteins vs MERS proteins vs other Coronaviridae proteins.
Phase 4 - Predicts whether there is interaction between the SARS and MERS proteins and the human proteins. You can also skip the first three phases choosing the option "Predict interaction only" and choosing a specific virus.
